Roblox says the Robux may have been added to a different account. If the physical card was still sealed and untampered with when you bought it, contact Roblox Support with the receipt and code; the guidance does not promise a refund or replacement.
Check which Roblox account received the value
Gift-card value is applied to the Roblox account signed in when the code is redeemed. Check every account the buyer or intended recipient might have used, including accounts on shared devices. If you find the value on another account, the code has already been used; the issue is locating the account, not entering the code again.
For Roblox Credit, check the account in a web browser on its redemption or billing settings page. Credit may not appear on every account page. Amazon and Party Pack gift cards provide Robux only, rather than Roblox Credit.
Confirm where and how the code was redeemed
Roblox retail codes are redeemed at roblox.com/redeem in a web browser. Roblox says the standard mobile app and consoles do not support gift-card redemption; its guide notes an exception for the Samsung Galaxy app. Make sure you are checking the account that was signed in at the time of redemption.

When to retry the code—and when not to
If the message is a general entry error rather than an explicit already-redeemed notice, check characters that can look alike. Roblox lists these possible substitutions:
- 0 and O
- 1 and I
- 2 and Z
- 5 and S
- 6 and G or Q
- 8 and B
For the specific message “My code says it’s already been redeemed,” avoid repeated guesses. Check other accounts first, then follow the appropriate support route below.

Physical card bought from a retailer
If the card was still sealed and untampered with when purchased, Roblox’s Retail Codes guidance says to contact Roblox Support with the receipt and code. Keep the card, packaging and proof of purchase until the issue is resolved. Roblox’s retail-code terms say these products are not refundable and recommend keeping the receipt; the cited guidance does not guarantee a refund, replacement or restored value. If you bought the card from an independent retailer, the official pages do not establish that retailer’s own dispute or refund policy.

Prepare the details and images support requests require
Gather the information before submitting a request so support can identify the purchase and error. Roblox’s guidance asks for:
- Your Roblox username or usernames.
- The purchase date and amount.
- The place and city where the card was purchased, and your country of residence.
- The gift-card PIN and serial number.
- An image of the receipt.
- For a physical card, images of both sides; for an e-gift card, an image of the full card.
- An image of the error message, if applicable.
Roblox specifies JPG or PNG for image attachments. Its Contact Us page also asks gift-card requests to include the PIN or number and the error message. Submit sensitive card details through the official support channel, not in a public post.
