If the ticket is faded or unreadable
Fading, water damage, ink transfer, and blurred printing do not automatically make a claim valid or invalid. If 30 days have passed, contact the Directorate immediately, explain the dates and circumstances, and ask whether the office will accept the claim and what current procedure applies.
