There is no single dietitian consensus on Lemme. In an independent 2024 review, registered dietitian Shyla Cadogan questioned whether some ingredient amounts in the products she assessed were high enough to match amounts associated with benefits in studies. A more favorable 2026 article by registered dietitian Rachael Ajmera appeared on Lemme’s own website and was reviewed by the company’s chief medical officer. The difference in publication context matters: ingredient research does not, by itself, prove that a finished supplement delivers its advertised result.
What dietitians have said about Lemme
Shyla Cadogan’s independent 2024 review
In February 2024, Shyla Cadogan, RD, reviewed Lemme products for StudyFinds. She noted that formulas used different ingredients and raised questions about whether some amounts matched quantities associated with benefits in studies. Her examples included the probiotic dose in Debloat and the amount of matcha in two Matcha gummies. These comments describe labels she assessed at that time; they do not establish that current versions have the same formulas.
Cadogan’s central point is useful well beyond one brand: evidence for an ingredient in isolation does not establish that a finished product containing that ingredient has the same effect. Amounts, combinations, and the finished formula matter.
A favorable article published by Lemme
In September 2026, Rachael Ajmera, MS, RD, published a favorable Lemme assessment on the brand’s website. It describes Lemme as standing out for “evidence-backed ingredients, clinically studied doses, and transparent formulas.” The article was expert-reviewed by Dr. Kathleen Valenton, Lemme’s chief medical officer. This is a dietitian’s positive assessment, but its company-published setting and review relationship are relevant context; it is not an independent confirmation of product efficacy.

Earlier expert cautions
A Women’s Health review from April 2023 included comments from several clinicians unaffiliated with Lemme, including family physician Laura Purdy, MD. Purdy cautioned, “So, we have to be careful about what we say they will or will not do,” and said supplements should not replace treatment for conditions that require prescriptions. That review covered selected products at the time, not Lemme’s current full line.
Why “clinically studied” does not settle whether a product works
The phrase can refer to an ingredient that has been studied, not necessarily to the specific Lemme product or finished formula. A study of one ingredient at a particular amount does not prove that a gummy with a different amount, or a blend of several ingredients, produces the same outcome. To evaluate a product claim, look for evidence on the exact finished formula and serving—not just a study associated with one ingredient.

That distinction also limits what can be concluded from company announcements. Lemme describes its products and ingredient rationales, but those descriptions document the brand’s claims; they are not independent evidence that a supplement works as marketed.
What Lemme sells—and what has changed over time
Lemme is a vitamin and botanical supplement brand founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker. In a first-person launch letter, Kardashian Barker said her interest in nutrition grew after having her first child and that she later worked with doctors and scientists on the brand. That account explains the brand’s origin, not the efficacy of its products.

The company’s September 2022 launch announcement listed Matcha with B12, Chill with KSM-66 ashwagandha and other botanicals, and Focus with Cognizin citicoline, lion’s mane, MCT oil, and B12. Those are launch-era descriptions, not a guarantee of current formulas or the whole current lineup. Later company announcements described Greens, with more than 20 fruits and vegetables, vitamins, and probiotics, in July 2025, and Play, with an S7 nitric oxide complex, maca, and horny goat weed, in May 2025.
In January 2026, Lemme announced Creatine gummies containing 5 g of micronized creatine monohydrate per serving and said the product would initially be sold exclusively through its own website. That is a company-reported serving amount and launch-channel statement; current stock and retail availability have not been established here.

How to assess a Lemme product before spending money
For a personal-finance decision, compare the specific product and serving you would buy rather than relying on a broad verdict about the brand. Use the current package or product label: older reviews may describe a different formula.
- Identify the exact product and intended use. A brand-wide review cannot answer whether every formula is suitable for every purpose.
- Read the current serving size and ingredient amounts. Check what one suggested serving contains, rather than comparing ingredient names alone.
- Ask what the evidence actually tested. Distinguish studies of an isolated ingredient from studies of the exact finished product and claimed outcome.
- Compare the form and cost. Consider whether the gummy, capsule, or chew and its price make sense for your needs; do not assume a convenient format or a higher price means better evidence.
- Check the current label and availability. Product formulas and sales channels can change, so confirm details directly before buying.
The reviewed sources do not establish a neutral population statistic or a current, independent full-line verdict on Lemme. They support a more specific conclusion: evaluators have offered different assessments, and product-level decisions require attention to the precise formula and evidence behind its claims.

Safety and when to ask a clinician
Supplements should not replace prescription treatment for a condition that requires it. The 2023 Women’s Health review advises consulting a clinician about persistent or specific symptoms. Lemme’s FAQ also tells customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medication to consult a physician, and to follow the suggested use for the individual product. These are general cautions, not a diagnosis or a recommendation to use any particular supplement.
