What you get onboard
Seat, privacy and lighting
Singapore Airlines describes its Boeing 777-300ER First Class seat as extra wide, with plush cushions, a sculpted headrest and curved privacy partitions. Adjustable reading and ambient lights are also part of the product description. These features apply to the aircraft and cabin assigned to the flight; they should not be assumed to describe every premium cabin the airline operates. Singapore Airlines’ First Class page describes the 777-300ER product.
Dining and Book the Cook
First Class includes full-service dining, with table service and wines described by the airline. Book the Cook lets customers reserve a main course up to 24 hours before departure. Singapore Airlines also says customers can preview the digital inflight menu up to six weeks before departure. Menus and Book the Cook choices vary by flight, so check the menu for your itinerary rather than counting on a particular dish. The airline’s First Class page provides product details; its dining information covers inflight menus.
Entertainment and internet
Singapore Airlines lists KrisWorld entertainment, a 24-inch HD-enabled personal display, Bang & Olufsen noise-cancelling headphones and complimentary internet connectivity among its First Class features. The airline’s page also states that KrisWorld offers 1,800 entertainment options; that is the page’s published figure, not an independently verified count or a guarantee of a particular selection on every flight. Airport lounge access depends on where you depart
At Singapore Changi, Singapore Airlines describes access for First Class and Suites customers to both The Private Room and the SilverKris First Class Lounge. The lounges offer facilities such as à la carte dining, drinks, showers and relaxation areas, according to the airline. This is a Changi-specific arrangement, not a promise of access to those lounges at other airports. Elsewhere, the airline uses local lounge arrangements; check the departure airport’s details for your flight. Singapore Airlines’ lounge information lists its airport arrangements.
Checked and cabin baggage allowances
Singapore Airlines lists a 50 kg checked baggage allowance for First Class and Suites on weight-concept itineraries. The airline says the weight concept applies to flights other than those to and from the United States. For First Class, it lists two cabin bags, each weighing up to 7 kg and subject to its size limits. Piece-concept routes, ticket details and any status-related additions can change the applicable allowance; use the allowance shown for your itinerary and confirm it in the airline’s current baggage rules. First Class and A380 Suites are different products
Singapore Airlines distinguishes its Boeing 777-300ER First Class cabin from the A380 Suites product. Its First Class route information says First Class is exclusive to the 777-300ER fleet and may be unavailable if the aircraft changes. A flight’s marketing or booking display alone should not be taken as a guarantee that a particular seat or cabin will operate. Check the aircraft and cabin while booking, then review the details again in Manage Booking before travel. Singapore Airlines’ First Class information explains the cabin, and the airline recommends checking the aircraft during booking or in Manage Booking.
