How Millionaire Medley prizes and odds work
Lotterywest’s Millionaire Medley game page, accessed 8 October 2026, says each draw selects eight numbers from 45: the first six are the winning numbers and the last two are supplementary numbers. Division One odds are 1 in 8,145,060 for one standard game.
The game page lists a $1 million Division One prize for up to six winners. If seven or more people win Division One, the $6 million pool is divided equally among them.

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender described the odds as “more than one in eight million” and called one person winning twice “truly remarkable.” She also said: “Lotto is a game of chance, there is no skill or strategy that will increase your chances of winning once or twice. It all depends on the numbers that come out of the barrel.” A previous win does not make another win more predictable.
