What changed at Reveal?
Reveal’s October 14, 2025, announcement said Jisa would move from founder and CEO to Chairman of Reveal’s Board of Directors, while Harmon was appointed CEO. The company described the change as a leadership transition after Jisa had led Reveal for nearly 18 years; that tenure is Reveal’s account.
The announcement did not give a separate legal effective date for the appointment. It establishes what Reveal announced on October 14, 2025, rather than a more specific date on which the change took effect. Reveal’s announcement
What role will Wendell Jisa have?
Jisa said becoming chairman would let him move his attention away from day-to-day operations and toward long-term guidance. He said he would act as a strategic adviser, support Harmon and the leadership team, and stay connected to customers and partners. Jisa’s October 14, 2025, post
