When did the Walmart+ preorder happen?
Community search-result excerpts reported that Walmart+ members received early access on June 18, 2025. Treat that date as community reporting rather than confirmed Walmart policy: the available information does not establish the exact access window, whether or when the preorder opened to other shoppers, or any purchase limits.
The preorder is over. Pokémon announced that the English expansions would release on July 18, 2025, and its official product gallery gives August 22, 2025 as the launch date for the Booster Bundles. Those are separate dates: the expansion release was not the same event as the later bundle launch.
What were Black Bolt and White Flare?
These paired Pokémon TCG expansions feature all 156 Pokémon originally discovered in Unova across the two sets. Pokémon notes that each expansion has unique cards, so the set name matters if you are looking for particular Pokémon or cards. The official announcement does not support claims about pull rates, odds of finding a specific card, or guaranteed chase cards.

What comes in a Booster Bundle?
Pokémon’s product gallery describes each expansion’s Booster Bundle as containing six booster packs from that named expansion. A Black Bolt bundle is not a mixed Black Bolt and White Flare bundle; check the product name to identify which set’s packs it contains.
Can you still buy the products?
The historical preorder date does not establish present stock. Retailer inventory, marketplace sellers, and asking prices can change, so check the seller and current terms on the product page before ordering. A Walmart page observed for these products was a marketplace listing from a third-party seller, not evidence of Walmart-sold stock, original preorder pricing, or MSRP.

Pokémon Support’s May 26, 2026 availability update says high demand has affected availability for some TCG products and that Pokémon is working to print more of impacted products. It does not promise a restock date for Black Bolt or White Flare. If you are waiting for a restock, check participating retailers directly rather than treating a marketplace listing or an old preorder report as confirmation.
