Advertisement No. VSSC-335, also called RMT335, was dated May 31, 2025. The online application period ran from June 4, 2025, at 10:00 hours until June 18, 2025, at 17:00 hours. This is a completed recruitment round, not an open opportunity. VSSC later posted computer-based test and skill-test marks, selection panels, and a Technical Assistant selection result. Check the VSSC careers page for any new notice; the 2025 application route is no longer actionable.
What the RMT335 notice advertised
The 2025 notice listed 82 vacancies in total across three job types and multiple centres, including VSSC, ADRIN in Secunderabad, and NESAC in Umiam. The role, discipline, centre, category allocation and any applicable physical requirements differ, so use the official notification’s vacancy table rather than assuming one qualification or posting applies to every opening.

The notice set the age range at 18–35 years as of June 18, 2025, with relaxations for reserved categories and other eligible groups. It listed approximate gross emoluments of ₹78,000 per month. These were terms of the 2025 advertisement, not a current offer or a guarantee of the terms in a future recruitment. The posts were described as temporary but likely to continue, and VSSC reserved the right not to fill them.

How selection worked
The notification stated: “The selection process consists of (1) written test and (2) skill test.” The written test was curriculum-based; the skill test was qualifying. Candidates were empanelled by written-test marks after meeting the skill-test threshold.
Written test
- 80 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes.
- One mark for each correct answer and a deduction of 0.33 mark for each incorrect answer.
- Pass criteria were 32/80 for UR and EWS candidates, and 24/80 for candidates in other reserved categories against vacancies reserved for them.
- Shortlisting for the skill test was at a 1:5 ratio, with a minimum of 10 candidates.
Skill test and empanelment
- The skill test was qualifying, with thresholds of 50/100 for UR candidates and 40/100 for reserved-category candidates.
- Among candidates who qualified at the specified level, empanelment followed written-test marks. Academic scores in the notified qualification were the tie-breaker.
Where to check for a new VSSC opportunity
Use the official VSSC careers page to look for current recruitment notices and subsequent updates. The 2025 notice said further communication would be sent through applicant email or the VSSC website and advised candidates to monitor both. It also described an application procedure for eligible candidates registered with India’s National Career Service, but that does not reopen the expired RMT335 window.

No applicant total, likely cutoff, or date for a future recruitment is established by the published information. The number of vacancies and later selection updates do not predict when VSSC will recruit again or how many people will apply.
