Voyantis announced a $41 million funding round on February 11, 2025, led by Intel Capital. The company said the financing brought its total funding to $60 million and would support product research and development alongside hiring in sales, marketing, and delivery. The round is tied to a specific growth-software thesis: predict which customers may become more valuable over time, then use those forecasts to guide advertising and customer-lifecycle decisions.

Who invested in Voyantis’s $41 million round?

Intel Capital led the round. Voyantis’s announcement listed Square Peg, Target Global, Jibe, Redseed, Alicorn, 20Growth, Essential, and ICON as participants. The company said Intel Capital Investment Director Lisa Cohen would join its board. Voyantis reported that the round brought total funding to $60 million. The February 11, 2025 announcement also said proceeds would fund research and development and expand sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

What does Voyantis do?

Voyantis sells software for companies trying to improve customer acquisition and growth marketing. Its central idea is to estimate a customer’s future value—often discussed as lifetime value, or LTV—and feed that estimate into decisions about whom to acquire, how much to spend, and what action to take as the customer relationship develops.

The company describes its approach as combining predictive AI, which estimates likely future outcomes, with prescriptive AI, which recommends or automates an action and its timing. Its 2025 release said models are updated through a customer journey using anonymized first-party, declarative, engagement, and revenue data. Examples it gave include acquiring users through Google and Meta, allocating incentives through Salesforce and Braze, and selecting upsell offers. These are company descriptions of its product, not an independent technical audit.

Voyantis’s current product pages position the platform as a decisioning layer for performance marketing. They describe predictive signals for Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads, alongside functions spanning acquisition, activation, lifecycle marketing, and retargeting. The platform page also lists advertising, data, and analytics integrations. Voyantis’s homepage and platform page present these as current capabilities; actual availability and suitability depend on a buyer’s systems and implementation.

How can predicted customer lifetime value change an ad campaign?

A campaign optimized for a near-term event—such as a signup or first purchase—can teach an ad platform to find more people likely to complete that event. But those early actions do not necessarily indicate which customers will remain, spend more, or respond to later offers. A value-oriented signal attempts to account for that difference by helping the campaign favor prospects expected to generate more value over time.

That is Voyantis’s product rationale: use predicted value, rather than only an immediate conversion, to steer acquisition and subsequent customer actions. The forecast is not a guarantee of future revenue, and providing a richer signal does not by itself establish that a campaign will be more profitable. Results depend on the quality and timeliness of a company’s data, how the signal is integrated, campaign measurement, and whether the predicted value corresponds to actual margin and retention.

What growth and customer results has Voyantis reported?

Voyantis said its annual recurring revenue tripled in each of two consecutive years and its customer base tripled in 2024. The announcement does not provide ARR amounts, customer counts, accounting definitions, or audited evidence, so the claims should be understood as company-reported growth rather than independently verified financial results.

The funding announcement names Miro, Rappi, and MoneyLion as customers. Voyantis also presents a Miro case study with reported increases of 30% in corporate customers and 55% in corporate trials. Those figures are vendor-published results from an undated case study accessed in 2026; the page does not establish the measurement period, baseline, methodology, or independent verification. They are not a general performance forecast for other customers. The case study is presented on Voyantis’s homepage.

What does “efficient growth” mean for buyers?

In this context, efficient growth means seeking customer acquisition and retention that produce more long-term value relative to the resources spent—not simply increasing signups or first purchases. Whether Voyantis can help a particular business do that is a deployment question, not something established by the financing announcement.

Before evaluating a platform built around predicted value, a company should check whether it can deliver useful data at the right cadence, connect forecasts to its advertising and customer-engagement tools, and compare predicted value with realized outcomes. Important evaluation criteria include:

  • Data and privacy: Which first-party events and revenue measures are required, how are they handled, and what controls govern access and use?
  • Activation: Are predictions used for reporting, or can they be sent into campaigns and lifecycle systems quickly enough to affect decisions?
  • Coverage: Which ad networks, analytics systems, and customer-engagement platforms are supported, and do they match the company’s existing stack?
  • Lifecycle scope: Does the product address only acquisition, or also activation, upsell, retention, and retargeting?
  • Model operations: How are forecasts monitored for drift, refreshed as customer behavior changes, and checked against eventual results?
  • Implementation and economics: What engineering, analytics, and marketing effort is required, and does measured incremental value justify the total cost?

How does Voyantis fit among growth-marketing alternatives?

TechCrunch’s February 11, 2025 coverage named DataScience, Pecan, Ocurate, and Black Crow AI as competitors and reported that CEO Ido Wiesenberg identified fintech, mobile apps, direct-to-consumer businesses, and product-led growth companies as target markets. That is a dated snapshot, not a current exhaustive competitor list or a ranking. The available evidence does not establish that Voyantis outperforms those vendors or other approaches.

Wiesenberg said in the funding release: “We built Voyantis because we believed that the traditional Growth playbooks were primed to be completely re-written in the AI-era.” The company’s financing gives it resources to pursue that thesis; it does not settle whether the product delivers better unit economics for a given buyer. Its announcement also described its 2024 ARR and customer growth as evidence of traction, but without underlying values those statements cannot quantify scale or independently demonstrate product impact.

For personal-finance readers, the key distinction is that this is enterprise software funding news, not a consumer investment opportunity or a public-company earnings report. Voyantis describes a business product for teams managing customer acquisition and lifecycle growth.
