Voldex announced on February 4, 2025, that it had acquired Brookhaven, the Roblox social roleplay experience created by Wolfpaq. Voldex later said the acquisition had officially closed. The change puts a new operator behind one of Roblox’s most visited experiences, but the available announcements do not disclose the purchase price or detailed transaction terms.

Voldex announced the acquisition on February 4, 2025. In its announcement, the company described Brookhaven as Roblox’s most visited game and reported more than 60 billion lifetime visits and over 120 million monthly active players. What is Brookhaven on Roblox?
Brookhaven is a social sandbox and roleplay experience, rather than a linear game with a fixed story to complete. Voldex says it was created in 2020 and describes play centered on hanging out, roleplaying, interacting, creating narratives, living in homes, driving vehicles and exploring a city. That format helps explain why its audience figures use different measures. Lifetime visits count accumulated visits over time; monthly active players refer to an audience over a month. Neither figure should be read as the number of unique people who have ever played.

Who owns Brookhaven now?
Voldex is the acquiring company and operator identified in the 2025 announcement. The original creator is Wolfpaq. Voldex’s statement said: “We’re honored to be entrusted to carry forward Brookhaven and its incredible community, and we’re committed to building upon what makes it special.” That was a corporate statement from Voldex, not an independently assessed guarantee about future changes.
