The promotion applied to new Visible members who enrolled in an eligible monthly plan with code 6OFF12; it ended September 30, 2025. A customer who kept eligible service for all 12 months could save up to $72. Visible’s current offers are different, so check its deals page rather than relying on the expired code.
What the expired Visible offer included
Visible advertised the promotion on its own pages, and Droid Life reported it on August 1, 2025. The original terms set an end time of September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

These terms appeared on Visible’s BYOD offer page and deals page. The deal was a temporary introductory credit, not a permanent price cut.
What the discount meant for plan prices
During the 2025 promotion, Visible listed monthly prices of $25, $35, and $45 for its three plans. Subtracting the $6 credit gives the following promotional prices. The amounts below describe that historical offer, not current pricing.

Visible described its plan charges as including taxes and fees. The full $72 savings depended on receiving all 12 monthly credits; canceling or moving to a noneligible plan could end the remaining credits.
Why the offer appealed to some Verizon customers
The deal could lower a monthly bill for someone leaving Verizon’s postpaid plan structure while keeping service on Verizon’s underlying network. Visible is owned by Verizon and uses its network, so switching to Visible is not the same as switching to a different network.
Network access alone does not make the plans identical. Priority, hotspot limits, roaming, international features, and support arrangements can differ by plan. Visible is also an online-focused service, which may not suit someone who relies on in-person retail help. Consider the plan’s features and your service needs—not just the introductory price.

The following summarizes the plan descriptions shown during the promotion. Names and benefits can change, so it should not be read as a description of current plans.

Hotspot speed limits and international allowances matter if you use your phone as a regular internet connection or travel frequently. Check the specific plan terms before choosing; Verizon-network coverage does not mean every plan offers the same priority or roaming.
Who could sign up and what happened to the credits
The historical offer was for new members, whether they brought a compatible phone or bought a device from Visible. They had to choose a qualifying monthly plan and enter 6OFF12 during checkout. Annual plans did not qualify, and Visible described the offer as for personal use and nontransferable.

The credit was tied to 12 consecutive months of eligible service. Visible’s terms said remaining benefits could be forfeited if a member ended service or switched to a noneligible plan. After the promotional credits were applied, service would move to the then-current market rate at or around month 13. Visible also reserved the right under its terms to change or end an offer.

Leaving Verizon postpaid involves more than selecting a Visible plan. Before starting a number transfer, check the following:

- Check whether the phone is still being financed and what balance or payoff obligations remain with your current carrier.
- Get the current carrier account number and number-transfer PIN; confirm that any account lock is removed.
- Do not cancel the old service before the number port completes. A transfer can fail if account details or the transfer PIN are wrong, the account is locked, or the account has been closed.
- Confirm that the selected plan supports your needs for voicemail, smartwatch service, hotspot, and international use.
- Save the checkout confirmation and verify that the first bill reflects any promised credit.
- Set a reminder to review the price before the promotional period ends and compare it with the then-current plan rate.
Visible’s historical offer did not, by itself, promise reimbursement of a device balance owed to another carrier. Treat any payoff assistance as a separate promotion and verify its terms independently.

What to do if the old code or a credit fails
6OFF12 expired on September 30, 2025, so it should not be expected to work for a new signup. During the offer period, a rejected code could have reflected ineligibility, an annual plan, an expired offer, a code entered after checkout, another incompatible promotion, or an account flagged under anti-abuse rules.
If an enrolled member’s credit disappeared after a plan change, the historical terms warned that moving to a noneligible plan or ending service could forfeit remaining benefits. Check the applicable terms and contact Visible before changing plans if a credit is still at issue. For a number-transfer problem, verify the account number, transfer PIN, and account status with the current carrier.
Is Visible a good fit now?
The expired $6 credit should not decide a current carrier choice. Compare the live monthly and annual prices and plan terms on Visible’s site, then weigh them against your actual usage. Visible may suit someone who wants an online-managed plan on Verizon’s network; it may be a poor fit for someone who needs a different network, extensive high-speed hotspot use, more international roaming, or in-person support.

Coverage also depends on where you use the phone, congestion, device compatibility, and plan-specific priority. If possible, assess service in your home, workplace, and regular travel areas before fully giving up the old service. Visible’s current promotions differ from the 2025 offer, so use the live deals page for current terms rather than treating this historical promotion as available.
