The Nevada Gaming Commission’s official list of approved and licensed interactive-gaming operators names Real Gaming (South Point Poker LLC) and WSOP (World Series of Poker, Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc.). The division says it investigates gaming matters and arbitrates disputes between patrons and licensees. Its Enforcement Division page describes that role. This route is relevant only if the service and its operator fall within the regulator’s remit; it does not establish that Vegas Gems is a Nevada licensee.
