How to download the UPSSSC PET answer key PDF
Contemporaneous reports directed candidates to upsssc.gov.in. They described the following steps for the 2025 key; the exact flow may differ for an archived notice, and these reports do not establish a live download flow in 2026.
- Open the official UPSSSC website and look for archived notices or the PET 2025 answer-key item.
- Open the relevant notice or candidate-portal link. Depending on the reported flow, you may need to enter your registration number, date of birth and captcha.
- Select the relevant exam date and shift if the portal offers separate PDFs, then download the answer-key PDF.
These are reported 2025 instructions, not confirmation that the old link or login page remains available. If you cannot find the file, use the commission website’s archived notices as the authoritative place to check; the source reports do not verify that the 2025 files are still hosted.
Provisional versus final UPSSSC PET 2025 answer key
The provisional key was the version candidates could challenge during the reported objection window. A later report by Jagran Josh, published November 19, 2025, said UPSSSC had released the final answer key. For the authoritative archived record, look for the final key on the commission’s website rather than relying only on a provisional PDF or a news report.
Reports differed on the provisional key’s release date: The Indian Express and NDTV reported September 9, 2025, while Careers360 reported September 11. The commission’s notice was not available to confirm which date was correct. NDTV reported that the exam took place on September 6 and 7, 2025.
Could candidates object to the provisional key?
News reports described an online candidate-portal process in which candidates selected disputed questions and submitted an explanation or reference. The reported deadline was September 15, 2025, and has passed. Do not treat the old provisional-key objection process as open now; the sources do not establish a current route to submit objections.

The Indian Express reported that the marking scheme awarded one mark for a correct answer, deducted 0.25 mark for an incorrect answer, and awarded zero for an unattempted question. This is a reported figure, not a directly confirmed commission notice.
Jagran Josh reported that the exam was held at 1,479 centres across 48 districts over four shifts. Those figures are attributed to its November 2025 report and should not be read as a commission-confirmed count here.

- For checking the final recorded answers: look for the archived final key on UPSSSC’s official website.
- For understanding an earlier objection: the provisional key was the version reported as open to challenges in September 2025, but that window is closed.
- For matching your paper: confirm the exam date and shift shown on the PDF or notice before comparing answers.
