UPSC routes examination applicants separately: the older portal page says it only previews applications submitted on or before March 25, 2025, and directs users to upsconline.nic.in for new registration and future examination applications. Check which route the specific UPSC notice names; recruitment ORA and examination applications are not interchangeable.
