How to download the UPSC NDA 1 2025 final result PDF
- Open the UPSC Final Results Archives.
- Locate the entry titled National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2025, uploaded on 10 October 2025.
- Use the download link in that archive entry to open the final-result PDF. Check the examination name and document before relying on it.
This is the final-result entry, not the separate written-result roll list published in April.
Written result and final result are different stages
Written result: SSB interview shortlist
The written examination was held on 13 April 2025. UPSC’s written-result press note, dated 28 April 2025, lists candidates who qualified for interview by the Services Selection Board (SSB). A roll number in that document means the candidate cleared the written stage for consideration at SSB; it is not confirmation of final recommendation. The press note also states that shortlisted candidates’ candidature was provisional. Read the UPSC written-result press note PDF if you need the April written result.
Final result: outcome after the selection process
The October archive entry is UPSC’s final result for NDA and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2025. Use this PDF when you are looking for the final-result list rather than checking whether a roll number qualified for SSB.

How to check the result by roll number
After opening the relevant PDF, use your browser’s or PDF reader’s Find function—usually Ctrl+F on Windows or Command+F on Mac—and enter your roll number. Confirm every digit and make sure you are searching the correct document: the April written-result PDF answers whether the roll number was shortlisted for SSB; the October final-result PDF is the final-result document. If text search does not find a number, check the displayed pages and verify that the PDF has fully loaded before drawing a conclusion.
Where to find NDA 1 2025 marks
UPSC publishes marks separately from the result list. Its Marks of Recommended Candidates Archives has a recommended-candidate marks entry uploaded on 14 October 2025. The associated official marks PDF gives maximums of 900 marks for the written examination, 900 for SSB and 1,800 in total. This is a marks document, not the result announcement.

What happens after the written examination
Under the UPSC NDA I 2025 examination notice, selection includes a written examination followed by SSB assessment for candidates who meet the written threshold. Candidates who choose the Air Force option are subject to the stated Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) requirement. Individual eligibility and selection outcomes depend on the applicable rules and candidate circumstances.
UPSC’s Examination Notifications Archives contains the 2025 notice. A result-specific cutoff figure is not established by the result and marks links cited here; do not assume a cutoff from another NDA examination cycle applies.
