Is the UP Police Computer Operator form open?

Computer Operator Grade-A eligibility in the service rules
The UP Police Computer Employee Service Rules describe two education routes for direct recruitment to Computer Operator Grade-A:
- Intermediate with Physics and Mathematics, plus a DOEACC computer O Level qualification or a government-recognized equivalent; or
- A Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering from the specified Uttar Pradesh technical board or a recognized equivalent.
The rules provide a baseline, not necessarily the complete requirements for a particular recruitment cycle. Check the current notice and any amendments for exact qualifications and accepted equivalents.
Age limit
The service rules give an age range of 18 to 28, with upper-age extensions for categories notified by the government. The recruitment notice determines the applicable age cut-off date and the detailed relaxation provisions for that cycle.
