The exam was held from January 29 to February 8, 2024. The deadline to submit suggestions was March 1, 2024, so that window is now closed; the board later issued final keys after reviewing objections.
Which UP Police recruitment did the 2024 answer key cover?
The answer key concerned the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board’s direct recruitment for radio-cadre posts, commonly referred to as recruitment 2022, although the examinations took place in 2024. It covered three post groups: Head Radio Operator/Head Mechanic Operator, Assistant Operator, and Workshop Staff.

When were the exam and provisional key released?
The examinations ran from January 29 through February 8, 2024. UPPRPB released the provisional answer key on February 24, 2024. Candidates could submit suggestions about the provisional key through March 1, 2024. That deadline has passed, so candidates cannot use the original suggestion window now.
What happened after suggestions closed?
After considering objections, UPPRPB issued revised final answer keys. A July 1, 2024 Scroll follow-up reported that the board had announced the update on June 28. The report quoted the board’s announcement: “पुलिस रेडियो संवर्ग के विभिन्न पदों पर सीधी भर्ती हेतु दि. 29.01.24 से 08.02.24 तक आयोजित परीक्षा की उत्तर कुंजी के संबंध में प्राप्त आपत्तियों का निराकरण करते हुए उत्तर कुंजी में संशोधन की विज्ञप्ति जारी कर दी गई है। विस्तृत सूचना के लिए https://t.co/JM9e8NRIsE पर जाएं।”

The reviewed reports do not provide the full final-key correction tables. They therefore do not establish how many answers changed, questions were canceled, or objections were accepted.

For any current recruitment, result, or other notice, use the official UPPRPB website. A contemporaneous report on the provisional key directed candidates to the board website, the relevant answer-key link, and a candidate login to view the key. The old candidate-specific login’s continuing availability is not established, so do not rely on it as a current route.
