The UP NHM CHO application windows announced in 2024 are over; neither is open today. The official NHM Uttar Pradesh Opportunities page is the right place to check for a new recruitment notice: NHM UP Opportunities.
Which UP NHM CHO recruitment cycle did you mean?
NHM Uttar Pradesh issued two distinct 2024 notices. Their vacancy counts, selection routes and application dates differ, so the later notice should not be treated as an extension of the earlier one.

These dates and vacancy counts are from the official NHM UP recruitment listing and the notices for the January 2024 advertisement and October 2024 corrigendum. The 5,582-post figure belongs to the January DVP cycle; the 7,400+ figure belongs to the later CBT cycle.
Where to check for a current application link
Use the official NHM UP Opportunities page to see whether a new CHO notice has been published. NHM UP says vacancies are advertised on its official website and advises candidates to read the detailed advertisement. Do not rely on an old third-party “apply now” link for a closed 2024 cycle.

Check the exact notice before relying on eligibility or pay
The detailed advertisement for the relevant cycle—not a headline or summary—controls eligibility, district vacancies and selection requirements. The January 2024 advertisement stated a monthly honorarium of Rs 20,500, plus a performance-based incentive of up to Rs 15,000 per month after successful posting in the allocated district, subject to GoI/NHM UP guidance. The incentive was conditional, not guaranteed take-home pay, and those figures should not be assumed to apply to another recruitment cycle.

NHM UP states: “National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh will never ask for money during any stage of the recruitment process.” Treat a demand for payment as a warning sign, and verify recruitment updates through the official website rather than an unofficial message or application page.
