Is there still an open application?
No. The word “today” in the original headline refers to November 7, 2024, the day the deadline was reported. Any page that still shows a “apply today” button or a 2024 deadline as current is out of date. Do not use an old link as a sign that the recruitment is open.

The same report described the selection process as a screening test followed by a written examination. Since the reopened window has closed, these stages describe how the recruitment was structured, not an action you can take now.
How to find the official link and check a new notice
If you are looking for a current UKPSC Lecturer or other recruitment notice, use only the official channels and confirm the details before you apply.
- Open the official UKPSC website at https://psc.uk.gov.in/. The homepage lists recruitment notifications and later Lecturer examination notices.
- Find the advertisement you need and read its title for the exam name and year. The 2024 Lecturer recruitment and later Lecturer exams are separate notices.
- Check whether the notice is an application notice, an admit card, a result or another type of notice before you follow any link.
- Compare the application dates printed in the advertisement with today’s date. A date on a third-party page does not confirm that the window is open.
- Only after the advertisement confirms an open window, use the online application portal at https://app.ukpsc.net.in/. The portal accepts applications only when an applicable advertisement is open, so its existence does not mean the 2024 cycle is still live.
