The UKPSC APS 2024 admit-card announcement is historical, not a current release: Scroll.in reported on January 20, 2025, that candidates could download the card for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission’s Additional Private Secretary examination. The reported written-exam window was January 27 to February 13, 2025. The recruitment has since moved on to later stages, so use UKPSC’s official notices and candidate portal for current instructions rather than relying on the old download link.
What the January 2025 admit-card announcement said
Scroll.in reported that UKPSC had released the admit card on January 20, 2025, for the Additional Private Secretary (APS) Exam 2024. Its report directed candidates to the commission’s website, psc.uk.gov.in, to find the APS admit-card link and sign in. The dates reported for that examination window were January 27 to February 13, 2025. Read Scroll.in’s January 20, 2025 report.
How candidates were told to download the card
- Open the UKPSC website at psc.uk.gov.in.
- Select the APS admit-card link.
- Enter the candidate login details requested by the portal.
- Download the admit card and print it for reference.
The report’s direct link opened a JavaScript-based candidate portal at ukpscnet.in/aps/exam.html. Its present availability and access to the historical admit card have not been verified. For current recruitment information, check the official UKPSC notices and follow the commission’s current candidate-portal instructions.
Why reports give different APS exam dates
UKPSC APS reporting included two different date ranges. Scroll.in’s November 8, 2024 report described an earlier window of November 25 to December 19, 2024; its January 20, 2025 report gave January 27 to February 13, 2025. These are separate reported schedules or stages and should not be merged into one exam period. Read the November 8, 2024 report.

What happened after the admit-card release
In a February 5, 2026 notice, UKPSC said the shorthand examination had been held from September 22 to October 16, 2025, and that its result was declared on February 3, 2026. The notice scheduled the mains written examination for March 14, 2026. UKPSC’s official website is the appropriate place to check commission notices; later APS answer-key and document-verification listings were also visible in an indexed homepage result, though that homepage snapshot could not be opened for direct verification.
Scroll.in’s January 2025 report also gave figures of 1,653 shortlisted candidates and 103 APS posts. Those numbers are attributable to the report and were not independently confirmed in the accessible UKPSC notice.
