The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the UGC NET December 2023 result on January 17, 2024. To access the archived result, start at the official UGC-NET portal and look for the December 2023 scorecard link. The result is historical, so an old candidate login may no longer be available to every candidate.
How to download the UGC NET December 2023 scorecard

Open the official UGC-NET portal.

Go to the December 2023 archive or candidate activity area and select the scorecard link. The portal lists a separate option for the December 2023 e-certificate and JRF award letter.

Sign in through the candidate login flow, if it is available. The December 2023 information bulletin showed fields for an application number and password, plus links to recover a forgotten password or application number. Those historic controls are not a guarantee that the archived login or recovery options still work today.

After signing in, view the scorecard and download or print it if the portal provides access. NTA’s result notice said candidates could log in to view, download, or print their scorecard.

If the archived login does not open or you cannot retrieve your scorecard, use the support or contact route currently listed on the official portal. Avoid entering your application details on an unofficial result site.

When NTA declared the result
NTA announced January 17, 2024 as the revised result date. Its January 9 notice explained that the initially expected January 10 date had been revised following a re-examination after a natural calamity affected Chennai and Andhra Pradesh.
Before the result, provisional answer keys and recorded responses were available for challenges from January 3 through January 5, 2024. NTA said experts verified the challenges and that the result was processed using the answer keys finalized by experts.

NTA’s result notice reported 9,45,872 registered candidates, 6,95,928 candidates who appeared, and examinations across 292 unique cities. These are the counts stated in the notice; it does not provide a pass rate derived from them.
