UBL announced Sunday in-person banking from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at selected branches—not every branch. Check UBL’s current participating-branch list or contact the branch before travelling; opening and hours can vary by location and date.
What are UBL’s Sunday branch hours?
In a 2025 announcement, United Bank Limited (UBL) said selected branches would open on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bank described the service as “More flexibility, more convenience!” and said it applied at select branches across the country. UBL’s announcement does not say that every branch is open.
How to check whether your branch is open
- Open UBL’s official branch and ATM locator and look for the current Sunday-opening information for the branch you plan to visit.
- If the listing is unclear or you cannot confirm the Sunday schedule, contact the branch or UBL before setting out. The published Sunday announcement is location-specific, and the current full list of participating branches is not confirmed here.
- Check the schedule for your intended visit date. Special-period hours may differ from the announced Sunday hours.
UBL’s Sunday announcement does not specify which counter services are available at each participating branch. Confirm that the branch can handle your particular task before travelling.
Do UBL’s Sunday hours change during Ramadan?
Yes. A separate UBL notice for Ramadan 2026 listed designated Saturday and Sunday branches as open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.—not the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. hours in the 2025 Sunday announcement. What can you use if a branch is closed?
UBL says its Digital App and Internet Banking let customers access and manage accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its customer-support page also lists a 24/7 Contact Center.
