Jangan menyimpulkan tugas di kementerian, perusahaan, atau daerah lain hanya dari satu profil kabupaten. Saat membandingkan dua uraian jabatan, periksa unsur-unsur berikut:
- unit kerja dan jenis layanan yang didukung;
- jenis surat atau dokumen yang ditangani;
- tanggung jawab pencatatan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi;
- keluaran atau laporan yang diminta;
- pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman yang disyaratkan; serta
- SOP dan sistem kerja yang digunakan.
