The page says lawn use is weather-dependent and council approval may be required for events above 150 guests using the grassed areas. Its linked function kit covers July 2026 to June 2027. Confirm availability, room layout, permissions and event requirements directly with the venue; capacities alone do not establish that a particular setup is available.

When did Tucci open?
Fraser’s Group does not state when Tucci opened on the pages reviewed. Its About Us page says Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993 under executive chef Chris Taylor and that the group later expanded to include Tucci in Applecross and The Botanical Café in Kings Park. The 1993 date refers to Fraser’s Restaurant, not Tucci, and the group does not date Tucci’s launch. The available information therefore does not support describing Tucci as newly opened.
How Tucci fits into Fraser’s Group
Tucci is part of Fraser’s Group, whose portfolio also includes Fraser’s Restaurant and The Botanical Café. The group says executive chef Chris Taylor advocates using West Australian produce across its venues.
