For the later Group-IV exam under Notification No. 19/2022, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) made scanned OMR sheets available from 28 August to 27 September 2023, 5:00 PM. The Commission said they would not be available after that deadline. Its current results page provides general “Results, Keys and OMR” navigation, but does not establish that a Group-IV download link is live now.
Are TSPSC Group 4 OMR sheets available now?
The verified access window for the 2023 Group-IV OMR sheets has expired. In its 28 August 2023 notice, TSPSC stated that the sheets would be available through 27 September 2023 at 5:00 PM and that, after that time, “the sheets will not be available under any circumstances.” The notice applies to the 2023 examination under Notification No. 19/2022; it does not establish the policy for every future notification or cycle.
Start with the Telangana Public Service Commission website and its general “Results, Keys and OMR” section for current candidate services. The page reviewed does not confirm a working Group-IV-specific download link. Avoid relying on old news links or sharing your hall-ticket number, date of birth, or other credentials on third-party sites.
Which release does the headline refer to?
The matching headline was used for a Scroll.in report published on 14 October 2018, about the Group 4 exam held on 7 October 2018. TSPSC later held a separate Group-IV exam under Notification No. 19/2022 on 1 July 2023 and released scanned OMR images for a fixed period. These are different examination cycles, with different reported access instructions.

The 2018 report also described Paper II from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Paper I from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Those timings refer to the 2018 exam only, not the later cycle.
What did TSPSC publish for the 2023 exam?
The Commission’s notice says the 1 July 2023 written exam was conducted in OMR mode across Telangana’s 33 districts. It lists separate totals for scanned answer sheets and provisional exam-day attendance figures. Those figures measure different things and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Can you still download a sheet or submit an objection?
The 2023 OMR access deadline has passed, and the official notice expressly said the sheets would not be available afterward. The notice does not say that a sheet can be reissued. It also does not establish how TSPSC handles requests under other notifications, so contact the Commission rather than assuming that an old endpoint or procedure applies.

Objections were accepted online from 30 August through 4 September 2023 at 5:00 PM. TSPSC required objections through the Commission website link, in English, with supporting proof in PDF format. It warned that late objections would not be considered and that email or personal representations would not be accepted. Those objection deadlines have also passed.
