Which TSPSC Group 2 result do you need?
The recruitment examination for Telangana Group-II Services, Notification No. 28/2022, was held on December 15 and 16, 2024, according to Scroll.in. The result story published on March 11, 2025 covered the written-exam result or ranking-list stage. A later report published by Telangana Today on September 28, 2025 said the commission released final recruitment results.
If you want to know your written-exam standing, look for the written-result or ranking-list document. If you want to check whether you were selected, look for the final selection information. Confirm the date and stated purpose of the document on the commission portal rather than treating every item labelled “result” as the same outcome.
How to find and download the result
- Open the official Telangana Public Service Commission portal. The commission’s portal is the authoritative place to check recruitment information and subsequent notices.
- Go to the selected-candidate information area. Find the entry titled Group-II Services (General Recruitment) and confirm that it is for Notification No. 28/2022.
- Choose the document that matches your purpose. Check whether it is the written-exam result or ranking list, or the later final selection information. Read its date and description.
- Follow the live page’s instructions. Open the relevant result link. If the page asks for login details, enter the information it requests and submit; if it provides a direct document, open it instead.
- Save or print the document if needed. Use the download or print option shown by the page or your browser. Keep the downloaded copy for reference and check the portal for later notices.

What the reported result figures mean
Scroll.in reported that 5,51,855 candidates registered and 2,49,964 appeared for the examination, and that the recruitment covered 783 posts (Scroll.in, 2025). A later Telangana Today report said 782 candidates were provisionally selected and one vacancy was withheld (Telangana Today, 2025). That report also said the results were subject to pending court cases. These are figures and qualifications reported by those publications; consult the commission’s notices for the controlling status of an individual candidate or vacancy.

The commission’s recruitment notification directs candidates to keep checking the official website for developments, including merit lists, certificate-verification shortlists, schedules and results. The commission portal and later notices should take precedence over an older news link or a previously saved copy of a result page.
