Why the house was associated with Sivan’s early career
PerthNow quoted Erit David, a real estate agent and family friend, describing the home as a place where Sivan began making videos and music. David said: “Troye started his musical and movie career in his bedroom — filming his vlogs from his room,”
David also recalled Sivan’s first YouTube video being posted from a downstairs study, with his siblings nearby: “I was there the day he posted his first YouTube video in his school uniform, with his brothers and sister rallying around him, over 14 years ago in the downstairs study.”

The article additionally said Sivan’s mother filmed an audition tape at the house that helped him win the role of young Logan in the 2008 Wolverine film.
