Reports say Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs’s Frisco, Texas, mansion sold on March 5, 2026. The $4 million figure was its asking price—not a reported final sale price. The property first entered the market at $4.4 million in June 2025, was reduced to $4 million, and was relisted at that price in January 2026.

Did Trevon Diggs sell his Frisco mansion?

Yes, according to the Chron’s March 11, 2026 report, which attributes the sale details to WFAA. The home, identified as 6 Savannah Ridge in Frisco, reportedly sold on March 5, 2026, to Alpita Patel and Vivek Punjabi. The report does not state the transaction price, and the reviewed reporting does not include a deed or MLS record.

What was the home listed for?

When Reported listing status Price
June 27, 2025 Initial listing, reported by Realtor.com $4.4 million asking price
August 2025 Price reduced, reported by Realtor.com $4 million asking price
Mid-January 2026 Relisted, reported by Chron $4 million asking price
March 5, 2026 Reported sale; Chron attributes the details to WFAA Final sale price not stated in the reviewed report

The listing timeline comes from Realtor.com’s October 17, 2025 account and Chron’s later report. An asking price is the seller’s advertised price, not proof of what a buyer paid at closing.

What was the Frisco property like?

Realtor.com reported that the home was built in 1996 and measured 9,787 square feet, with six bedrooms. Its listing description highlighted a pool with golf-course views, a home gym, sauna, steam room, game room, and a media room with tiered seating and a star-lit ceiling. Chron also noted Cowboys star logos in the office and living room. These are reported property and listing details, not independent inspection findings.
