Resale listings are not the retailer’s price or an endorsement. The Associated Press reported on March 13, 2024, that third-party listings ranged from about $20 for one bag to $999 for a set of four; those were historical asking prices, not verified current sale prices. AP also quoted Trader Joe’s spokesperson Nakia Rohde saying, “Our Mini Canvas Tote Bags certainly sold more quickly than we anticipated,” and reported that the retailer did not condone resale.
