The company says a four-pack contains 20 grams of protein, which it attributes to cottage cheese and egg whites. The results are a customer-choice list, not a head-to-head product test.

The company created its Product Hall of Fame in 2023. Products are inducted after winning their respective categories at least five times; the Hall of Fame is intended to recognize repeat winners while making room for other products in the awards.
