Verdict: TradeBNP should be treated as unverified and high risk, not as a broker that has earned a “legit” rating. I cannot responsibly confirm, from dependable regulatory information, the legal company behind the brand, a current top-tier forex licence, or the customer protections that should exist before a retail trader deposits money.
That is not the same as proving TradeBNP is a scam. It does mean the burden of proof is on the broker. Until TradeBNP provides a verifiable legal entity, licence number, regulator record, and clear withdrawal terms, prospective customers should not send money or identity documents.
What is TradeBNP?
TradeBNP appears to be presented as an online trading or forex-broker brand. The important question is not whether the website looks professional or whether a salesperson claims the company is regulated. The important question is whether a named legal entity is authorised to provide investment services in the customer’s country.
A broker should clearly publish all of the following:
#1 Best Overall
- Its full legal company name
- Company registration details and registered address
- The regulator supervising its investment business
- A licence or reference number that can be checked on the regulator’s own website
- Terms explaining client-money handling, withdrawals, complaints, and dispute resolution
A brand name alone is not evidence of authorisation. Fraudulent websites can copy the name, logo, address, or licence number of a genuine company. The regulator’s register—not the broker’s website—is the controlling source.
Is TradeBNP regulated?
I cannot verify a current, independently confirmed licence for TradeBNP from the information available for this review. That makes it unsafe to describe the broker as regulated.
Before opening an account, search the relevant official register yourself:
| Customer location | Register to check |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | FCA Financial Services Register |
| United States | NFA BASIC and the CFTC |
| Australia | ASIC Professional Registers |
| European Union | The national regulator in the broker’s claimed country of authorisation |
| Canada | The relevant provincial securities regulator and CIRO |
Do not accept a search result that merely shows a similar company name. Match the legal name, website domain, address, licence type, and contact details. A cloned or “appointed representative” claim may not give you the protections you assume.

Why the regulatory gap matters
A properly authorised broker is subject to rules concerning capital, reporting, client funds, marketing, complaints, and—depending on the jurisdiction—leverage limits and negative-balance protection. Regulation does not make forex trading safe, but it gives customers a recognised route for complaints and enforcement.
An offshore or unlicensed broker may offer attractive leverage, bonuses, or easy account approval while providing much weaker recourse. If the company refuses a withdrawal, changes its terms, or disappears, a card chargeback or bank-transfer recovery may be the customer’s only practical option—and neither is guaranteed.
Withdrawal checks to complete before depositing
Withdrawal rules are more important than a broker’s advertised spread. Read the complete terms and look for:
- Processing time measured in business days
- Fees for bank wires, cards, and cryptocurrency
- Minimum withdrawal amounts
- Whether funds must return to the original payment method
- Any volume, bonus, or turnover condition
- Rules for dormant accounts and account closure
- The exact documents required for identity and source-of-funds checks
Never pay a second deposit to release a withdrawal. Requests described as a “tax,” “security deposit,” “clearance fee,” “insurance payment,” “VIP upgrade,” or “wallet activation” are classic advance-fee warning signs. A legitimate broker can deduct a disclosed fee from an available balance; it should not require a customer to transfer more money before releasing existing funds.

Red flags that would make TradeBNP especially dangerous
Any of these should stop the account-opening process:
- Unsolicited contact. Someone calls or messages after obtaining your number from social media, a dating app, or a lead-generation form.
- Guaranteed returns. Forex and CFD losses are common. No genuine broker can guarantee a monthly return or promise that a trader cannot lose.
- Pressure to deposit quickly. “Today only” bonuses and instructions to increase the deposit to qualify for a withdrawal are not normal risk management.
- Remote-control software. Do not give an agent access through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools. This can expose banking credentials and one-time authentication codes.
- Crypto-only funding. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally difficult to reverse and provide limited consumer protection.
- Inconsistent payment details. Payments to a personal bank account, unrelated company, or changing cryptocurrency wallet do not fit a transparent broker model.
- Fake profits in a dashboard. A displayed balance proves nothing until a small withdrawal reaches the customer’s own bank account.
- Licence details that do not match. A regulator, legal entity, or domain mismatch is a decisive warning sign.
Do not confuse a trading platform with a safe broker
TradeBNP may show MetaTrader, a web terminal, charts, or a mobile app. None of those establish that the company is legitimate. Trading software can be licensed by one provider while the account is operated by another business—or by an unauthorised impersonator.
Likewise, a professional-looking dashboard can show profitable trades that are not connected to real market execution. The useful test is whether the broker identifies its execution arrangements, publishes its legal terms, and processes withdrawals without demands for new money.
How to verify TradeBNP step by step
- Copy the exact legal name from the account agreement, not just the brand name.
- Find the claimed regulator’s register through a regulator-controlled domain.
- Search the legal name and licence number separately.
- Check whether the register lists the exact TradeBNP website and contact email.
- Read the withdrawal, bonus, risk, and complaints sections before funding.
- Ask support, in writing, where client money is held and which entity owes the customer the balance.
- Do not fund the account until the answers are consistent with the register and contract.
- If proceeding despite the risks, use a small amount and test a withdrawal before trading. Never use borrowed money.
If you have already sent money
Stop sending additional funds, even if an agent says the payment will unlock your balance. Save the website, account statements, emails, chat logs, telephone numbers, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and screenshots of the trading dashboard.
Contact the payment provider immediately. For a card payment, ask the card issuer about a dispute or chargeback. For a bank transfer, request a recall and report suspected fraud to the bank’s fraud team. Cryptocurrency transfers are harder to recover, but the exchange used to send the funds may still be able to flag the wallet or transaction.
Change passwords that were shared with the broker, enable multi-factor authentication, and remove any remote-access software. Report the matter to your local financial regulator and law-enforcement agency. Do not pay a recovery company that promises to retrieve the funds for an upfront fee; victims are often targeted a second time.

Is TradeBNP regulated by the FCA, NFA, ASIC, or another major regulator?
A current authorisation should be confirmed directly on the regulator’s register using the broker’s exact legal entity and licence number. Do not rely on a logo or licence claim on the TradeBNP website.
Can TradeBNP ask me to pay a fee before allowing a withdrawal?
A demand for a new deposit, tax, security payment, VIP upgrade, or wallet fee before releasing funds is a serious advance-fee warning sign. Do not send more money.
What should I do if I already deposited with TradeBNP?
Stop further payments, preserve all evidence, contact your bank or card issuer immediately, and report the suspected fraud to your financial regulator and police. Secure your email, banking, and cryptocurrency accounts.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: TradeBNP is not verified enough to call legitimate. The absence of a confirmed legal entity and independently checkable licence is sufficient reason to avoid depositing. If the broker or its representatives request extra money to release a withdrawal, stop communicating through their payment channels and contact your bank immediately.
