The TNPSC Group 2 Mains hall-ticket release was for the 2025 recruitment cycle, Notification No. 11/2025. TNPSC announced on 29 January 2026 that admitted candidates could download the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket) from their One Time Registration (OTR) dashboard. The Group II mains exam was scheduled for 22 February 2026 FN, so that exam date has passed. The separate 2026 Group II/IIA cycle is Notification No. 07/2026; its official listing gives a prelims date, not a mains hall-ticket release.

Which TNPSC Group 2 hall-ticket release is this?

The “admit card released” notice refers to Notification No. 11/2025, not the newer 2026 recruitment. In Press Release No. 08/2026, dated 29 January 2026, TNPSC said the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket) was hosted on its websites for admitted candidates. The Group II mains exam under that notification was scheduled for 22 February 2026 FN. Read TNPSC’s 29 January 2026 press release.

That date is in the past. The notice is therefore a historical update for candidates seeking information about the 2025 cycle, not confirmation that a hall ticket is available for the 2026 cycle.

How candidates downloaded the 2025 admission memorandum

For admitted candidates under Notification No. 11/2025, TNPSC directed them to sign in through the One Time Registration (OTR) dashboard with their application number and date of birth. The official route is TNPSC’s website; use the candidate’s own dashboard rather than an unofficial download page.

  1. Open the TNPSC website and go to the candidate’s OTR dashboard.
  2. Enter the application number and date of birth associated with the application.
  3. Locate and download the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket), if the candidate was admitted.
  4. Read the full memorandum for the individual examination venue, reporting details and other instructions.

The recruitment notification states that the admission memorandum is made available online and is not sent by post. Candidates are responsible for complying with the instructions in their own memorandum. See Notification No. 11/2025.

What is known about the 2026 Group 2 and 2A cycle?

TNPSC’s official application listing identifies a separate Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Group II and IIA), Notification No. 07/2026. It lists the preliminary examination for 1 November 2026 FN. The listing does not state a mains examination date or announce a mains hall-ticket release. Do not use the 2025 release notice as evidence that the 2026 mains memorandum is available, and do not assume a release date. Check TNPSC’s official application and examination listing for updates.
