The TNPSC Group II/IIA hall ticket covered examinations in February 2026, and those dates have passed. TNPSC’s 29 January 2026 release said admitted candidates could download their Memorandum of Admission through the One Time Registration (OTR) dashboard. Do not treat that old hall ticket as current: check TNPSC’s official website and exam portal for any live or future-cycle notice.
TNPSC Group II and IIA exam schedule for the 2025 notification cycle
The schedule below comes from TNPSC Press Release No. 08/2026, dated 29 January 2026. All listed examination dates are in the past as of 8 October 2026.
| Examination | Date and session | Paper or format specified in the release |
|---|---|---|
| Group IIA main examination | 8 February 2026, forenoon | Not stated in Press Release No. 08/2026 |
| Tamil Eligibility Test | 8 February 2026, afternoon | Tamil Eligibility Test |
| Group II main examination | 22 February 2026, forenoon | The 11 February release specified Paper II, General Studies, in descriptive mode. |
TNPSC Press Release No. 16/2026, dated 11 February 2026, stated that the Group II Main Written Examination Paper II—General Studies (Descriptive Mode)—was scheduled for 22 February 2026 forenoon. The January release also noted that the preliminary examination result had been published on 22 December 2025, placing the hall-ticket announcement in the later stages of Notification No. 11/2025, dated 15 July 2025.
How admitted candidates accessed the hall ticket
For the February 2026 examinations, TNPSC said the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket) was hosted on its official sites, tnpsc.gov.in and tnpscexams.in. Admitted candidates could download it through their OTR dashboard using their application number and date of birth.
The notification says hall tickets are made available online to eligible candidates and are not sent by post. Candidates were instructed to follow the directions in their own Memorandum of Admission. For any later examination, rely on the current notice and the candidate-specific document rather than assuming the prior cycle’s arrangements still apply.

The releases cited here establish the February 2026 schedule and download process; they do not verify a new Group II/IIA notification, current schedule, or current hall-ticket release as of 8 October 2026. To check for a live or future cycle, use TNPSC’s official website or exam portal and consult notices associated with your application in OTR. Do not use an old 2026 hall-ticket link as evidence that a ticket is currently available.
