Tom’s Guide reported the 2025 promotional prices and deadlines. The Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited offer was a separate bundle; it did not include HBO Max.

Best overall value: Disney+ and Hulu for $4.99
For viewers seeking broad entertainment rather than one specific series, the Disney+/Hulu bundle was the strongest value judgment based on the reported price and catalog breadth. It combined Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Hulu originals, television, and adult-oriented films and series.

At $4.99 per month for 12 months, the subscription cost $59.88 before taxes. At the cited regular price of $12.99 per month, the equivalent annual cost was $155.88. That implies $96 in annual savings—about 62%—using the reported regular rate.
The trade-off was advertising. The $4.99 offer was for an ad-supported tier, and the bundle did not necessarily put every Hulu title inside the Disney+ app. Separate apps, account terms, and compatibility requirements could still apply.
Best standalone deal: HBO Max for $2.99
HBO Max was the better fit for viewers primarily interested in HBO, Warner Bros. movies, prestige television, or Max programming such as IT: Welcome to Derry. The reported offer was $2.99 per month for 12 months with ads, compared with a cited regular price of $10.99.

The promotional annual cost was $35.88, versus $131.88 at the cited regular rate. That is an implied $96 saving, or approximately 73%, before taxes.
The same reported price was available either directly through HBO Max or as an HBO Max add-on through Hulu. Hulu billing could be convenient if you already managed Hulu there, but cancellation, account management, eligibility, and future promotional access could be tied to Hulu rather than HBO Max.
Best for sports: Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited
The separate Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited promotion was reported at $29.99 per month, compared with $35.99—a difference of $6 per month, or approximately $72 over 12 months.

This was aimed at households that would genuinely use ESPN access alongside Disney+ and Hulu. It was not an HBO Max deal, and it should not be compared with the $4.99 Disney+/Hulu promotion as though the bundles contained the same services.

What “with ads” means
The lowest prices applied to ad-supported plans. Commercial breaks are part of the viewing experience and may also apply to live or linear programming. Ad-supported plans can differ from premium tiers in downloads, simultaneous streams, content access, and other features.
A bundle also does not necessarily create one unified service. Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max may retain separate apps, catalogs, terms, and device requirements. Current Disney bundle terms state that content, features, compatibility, and access can vary by service.

- A promotional price generally lasts only for the stated period and may automatically renew at the then-current regular price.
- “$4.99 per month for a year” does not necessarily mean a separately billed annual plan; confirm the billing structure at checkout.
Before subscribing, check the renewal price, billing date, cancellation rules, and applicable service terms. Current Disney bundle terms illustrate how promotional subscriptions can renew automatically at a regular or then-current price after the offer ends.

- Go directly to the provider’s official signup page: Disney+, Hulu, or HBO Max.
- Confirm that the promotional price, ad-supported tier, and duration appear before entering payment details.
- Review eligibility, the renewal price, the billing date, and cancellation instructions.
- Complete signup directly with the service where possible.
- Save the confirmation email or take a screenshot of the displayed terms.
- Set a calendar reminder before the promotional period ends if you do not want the subscription to renew.
If the deal does not appear
Do not assume an old deal page or affiliate link will apply a discount later. The promotion may have expired, been withdrawn, or been limited to a different tier, region, or billing route. Other common causes include an existing subscription, a previous free trial, third-party billing, an incompatible bundle, or a location mismatch caused by a VPN.
The live official checkout page and current terms should control. If the advertised price is not visible before payment is submitted, treat it as unavailable.

What these deals cost now
As of August 2026, the Cyber Monday 2025 prices should not be presented as active offers. The current Disney signup page shows regular bundle options, including a Disney+/Hulu ad-supported bundle around $12.99 per month and other Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max configurations. Prices, plan names, and bundle composition can change, so verify the current amount directly with the provider.
A 2024 Cyber Monday promotion reportedly offered Disney+ and Hulu for $2.99 per month, but that historical price does not establish what was available in 2025 or what is available now. Streaming promotions change substantially from year to year.
