The same publisher estimates Wayne Brady at $14 million, Ryan Stiles at $8 million, Greg Proops at $3 million, and Colin Mochrie at $1.5 million. These are third-party estimates, not verified financial disclosures or audited totals.
How the ranking is defined
Whose Line Is It Anyway? has had different hosts and cast configurations. The CW describes Aisha Tyler as host of its iteration and Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady, and Colin Mochrie as cast members; its version debuted July 16, 2013. Drew Carey hosted an earlier U.S. edition, while Greg Proops appeared as a frequent fourth performer. This ranking compares five people for whom a comparable estimate from Celebrity Net Worth was located, not every host, musician, guest, or recurring performer associated with the franchise. The CW’s show page describes the format as audience-prompted scenes and songs.
Net worth is not the same as salary, career earnings, cash on hand, or the value of a person’s public credits. No primary financial filing or direct statement verifying any of these five figures is established here. The estimates should therefore be read as a publisher’s approximate valuations, not as confirmed balances.

What the career records do—and do not—show
Career biographies can establish credits and roles, but they do not reveal assets, debts, current income, taxes, ownership stakes, or residual payments. For example, the Florida Department of State’s Wayne Brady biography records his work on Whose Line, television hosting, Broadway, film, and music, and says he joined the cast in 1998 and won an Emmy for individual performance on the program. Those credits provide career context; they do not validate a $14 million net-worth estimate.
Likewise, a long-running television role or a broad entertainment career is not enough to calculate personal wealth. Without disclosed financial records, it would be misleading to infer a performer’s net worth from the apparent success of the show, reported salary anecdotes, or career length.

Why published estimates can differ
Estimates are not consistent across publishers or dates. A 2020 CheatSheet article put Colin Mochrie at $1 million and Greg Proops at $4 million, while the Celebrity Net Worth pages used for this comparison give $1.5 million and $3 million, respectively. The older article also reported $8 million for Ryan Stiles, matching the estimate located here, but one matching figure does not establish that either publisher’s method is reliable. CheatSheet’s 2020 estimates are older figures, not a current verification.
There is no comparable estimate established here for Aisha Tyler, Laura Hall, Brad Sherwood, Chip Esten, or every other recurring guest. Their omission is not evidence that they have less wealth; it means they are outside this source-specific comparison.
