SKIMS is the highest-valued celebrity-founded clothing brand supported by the available evidence: Goldman Sachs Asset Management said the company reached a $5 billion valuation in a completed 2025 equity financing. That is a private financing valuation—not a stock-market value or a confirmed sale price. Other familiar celebrity fashion businesses have reported figures tied to different dates, business scopes, or proposed transactions, so they cannot be placed in a reliable like-for-like ranking.
Celebrity clothing brands with valuation evidence
The entries below are ordered by the strength and recency of the available valuation evidence, not presented as a fully comparable league table. A financing valuation, a proposed IPO target, and an estimate for a fashion-and-beauty group describe different things. Private companies also disclose selectively, leaving no sound basis here for assigning every celebrity apparel business a current dollar rank.
| Brand or business | What the figure represents | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| 1. SKIMS | $5 billion valuation in a completed equity financing announced in November 2025 by Goldman Sachs Asset Management | The strongest and most recent valuation evidence in this comparison; a private financing valuation, not a public-market capitalization |
| 2. Savage X Fenty | A $1 billion valuation was reported in a 2021 funding context; a $3 billion figure appeared in a March 2022 report about a contemplated IPO | Historical reports with different contexts; neither establishes a current valuation or a completed IPO |
| 3. Victoria Beckham Holdings | Reuters Breakingviews discussed a possible future value of $700 million in October 2025 | A prospective estimate for a group that includes fashion and beauty, not an achieved apparel-only valuation |
| Not numerically ranked: Fabletics | No current company valuation established in the cited coverage | Kate Hudson is identified as a co-founder of the activewear brand, but a supported valuation figure is unavailable |
| Not numerically ranked: Good American and others | No comparable current valuation established | Revenue or unsupported online estimates should not be substituted for a company valuation |
1. SKIMS: $5 billion in its 2025 financing
Goldman Sachs Asset Management announced that SKIMS completed an equity financing at a $5 billion valuation in November 2025. The Business of Fashion also reported the financing and describes SKIMS as an apparel and shapewear brand founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede. Kardashian is the company’s co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, according to the investor announcement. Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s announcement and The Business of Fashion’s coverage support the figure and context.
The $5 billion figure is a valuation attached to a private financing event. It is not the amount investors paid to buy the whole company, a public share price, or a guaranteed value a seller could realize. An earlier 2023 financing was reported at $4 billion by Greenberg Glusker; that older figure provides history, not a competing current valuation.

Rihanna’s lingerie and apparel company has two often-circulated figures that need separate labels. A $1 billion valuation was reported in connection with 2021 funding. In March 2022, Forbes reported that the company was weighing an IPO at a proposed $3 billion valuation. The latter was an IPO target under consideration—not proof an IPO happened or that the company was valued at that level in a completed transaction. Forbes’ 2022 report describes the proposed IPO context.
Both figures are historical and describe distinct contexts. They do not establish Savage X Fenty’s current valuation, and they should not be compared with SKIMS’ 2025 financing figure as though both measured the same event.
Rank #2
3. Victoria Beckham Holdings: a prospective $700 million estimate
Reuters Breakingviews discussed a possible future value of $700 million for Victoria Beckham Holdings in October 2025. The estimate concerns a combined fashion and beauty business, rather than the clothing label alone, and describes a possible future value—not a completed financing, acquisition, or public listing. It therefore does not provide a directly comparable apparel valuation. Reuters Breakingviews’ analysis gives the estimate and its context.
Why Fabletics and Good American are not assigned dollar ranks
Fabletics
Kate Hudson is identified as a co-founder of Fabletics, an activewear company, in TIME’s 2021 coverage. That reporting does not establish a current company valuation. Without a supported valuation figure, a numerical rank would be guesswork.

Good American and other celebrity clothing companies
No comparable current valuation is established for Good American or a broader set of celebrity-owned clothing businesses in the cited evidence. Reported revenue, an estimated brand value, and a company valuation are different measures; using one in place of another would create a misleading ranking. Celebrity visibility also does not by itself establish that a person founded or owns a business.

- Check the event. A financing valuation, a proposed IPO valuation, and a possible future estimate are not interchangeable. Look for a completed transaction before treating a proposed figure as realized.
- Check the date. A private-company figure is a snapshot tied to an event, not a continuously updated market price. The $5 billion SKIMS financing figure is from 2025; the cited Savage X Fenty reports are from 2021 and 2022.
- Check what the business includes. A combined fashion-and-beauty group is broader than a clothing label. Likewise, lingerie, shapewear, and activewear companies do not all have identical business scopes.
- Check what is being measured. Revenue is money generated over a period; valuation is an estimate of what a company is worth. A brand-value estimate may use still another methodology. They should not be ranked in one column as if they were the same metric.
- Check the celebrity’s role. Founder or co-founder status is not the same as being a spokesperson, collaborator, or licensee. The brand’s connection to a celebrity does not prove the celebrity owns the entire company.
These distinctions matter because private companies disclose selectively. A public figure attached to a brand may be widely repeated online while lacking a clear date, method, or primary source. For an investor-backed financing, the announcement can establish the valuation reported for that round; it does not make the company’s shares publicly tradable or settle what the business would fetch in a sale.
