Tom’s Guide described the promotion as “was $99, now $79,” while Phandroid reported a price of around $80. The $99 figure may be a list or reference price rather than a documented recent typical selling price, so the percentage is a rounded comparison—not proof of the product’s lowest historical price.
How to check whether you are getting the right deal
- Open the current Amazon or Logitech product page rather than relying on an old deal article.
- Confirm the exact model number, color and condition. The standard consumer model, the Mac version, business SKUs and renewed inventory can have different prices and accessories.
- Check who sells and fulfills the item, the delivery date and the return policy.
- Look for a coupon checkbox or other promotion; a displayed reference price does not guarantee that the discount is permanent.

Standard model or Mac version?
Logitech also sells an MX Master 3S for Mac. Confirm whether the listing includes a Logi Bolt receiver, whether you need to use the mouse with Windows as well as macOS, and which accessories and shortcut labels are included. A Mac-specific SKU should not be assumed to have identical receiver contents or cross-platform suitability.
Connectivity and software checks
- Bluetooth pairing may be restricted on managed work computers.
- Logi Bolt can be preferable in some business environments, but it is not interchangeable with every older Logitech Unifying receiver.

A Logitech price around $69.99 could be better still, but only when the exact color, SKU, condition and stock are confirmed.
