The Star Wars “March to May the 4th” merchandise reveal was published on March 21, 2024. It previewed a broad slate of items for Star Wars Day, from a limited Darth Maul lightsaber hilt to toys, apparel, collectibles, a book collection and blue milk. The announcement is historical: its listed release dates have passed, and it does not establish what is in stock or what anything costs now.
What was in the March 2024 reveal?
The lineup came from different brands and sellers rather than one coordinated product range. Chip and Company’s March 21, 2024 roundup covered the reveal and its release notes; Gizmodo’s same-day coverage also described a mix of toys, clothing, collectibles and blue milk. Chip and Company’s roundup and Gizmodo’s coverage provide a snapshot of what was announced, not confirmation of present-day availability.
Which items stood out?
Darth Maul Legacy Lightsaber Hilt and Collector’s Box Set
The headline collectible was a Darth Maul Legacy Lightsaber Hilt and Collector’s Box Set. Chip and Company reported that the edition was limited to 7,000 units. Its wooden box included lighting effects, and the hilt played a segment of “Duel of the Fates.” Attach two compatible Legacy LIGHTSABER Blades and the hilt produces red illumination and sound effects; the blades were sold separately. The roundup listed availability through Disney Store and at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort starting May 4, 2024. Those are the announcement’s historical details, not a statement about current stock.
Black Series Dark Side Pack
Hasbro’s Black Series Dark Side Pack brought together Darth Vader, Grand Admiral Thrawn and General Grievous in concept-art deco. The roundup linked to an Amazon listing for the Dark Side Pack. A listing does not establish current inventory, price, or whether a present-day offer is the same product, so confirm the item identity and seller details before buying.

What to check before trying to buy one
Because the reveal is from 2024, use it to identify products rather than as a shopping guide. Before purchasing, check the current retailer page for the exact product name, included components, seller, region and price. For the Darth Maul set, verify whether compatible blades are included or sold separately; for retailer-specific products, confirm that the retailer still carries the same item. The consulted coverage does not establish current prices, stock or resale values.
