Semiconductor engineering services firm Tessolve reportedly raised $75 million from US-based Vector Line Capital, with the money intended to support growth and strategic acquisitions. The Economic Times, citing a Tessolve statement in a PTI report published October 11, 2026, said the investor would join existing backers TPG and Novo Tellus Capital Partners. The report did not disclose the deal’s valuation, investment instrument, dilution, ownership stake or closing date.
What the reported $75 million investment is for
Tessolve plans to use the capital for growth, including acquisitions intended to add capabilities, widen its services and strengthen its global footprint, according to The Economic Times/PTI. The report said the company was in advanced discussions to close multiple acquisitions over the next couple of quarters. Those discussions are a pipeline, not confirmation that any acquisition has closed.
