Telangana’s TS Inter second-year results for 2021 were declared on June 28, 2021. First-year results came later, on December 16, 2021, so check the year of study before following a result route. The current official starting point for result inquiries is the Telangana State Board results page; historical 2021 links are not confirmed as working today.

Which TS Inter 2021 result do you need?

Year of study Announcement date Exam context
Second year (Class 12) June 28, 2021 The 2020–21 second-year examinations were cancelled amid the COVID-19 pandemic; marks were awarded under an objective method.
First year December 16, 2021 Examinations were held from October 25 to November 3, 2021.

The June announcement is the one most often meant by “TS Inter results 2021.” The December release was a separate first-year result, not a later update to second-year results.

Where to start for a result or marks memo now

Use the current Board of Secondary Education, Telangana State results page as the starting point. It asks for a registration number and lists contacts for result queries and technical feedback. The available information does not establish whether a 2021 marks memo can still be retrieved online.

  1. Open the board’s current results page.
  2. Follow the result or marks-memo option available there.
  3. Enter the registration number or other identifying details the page requests.
  4. Save or print the displayed result for reference, then contact the board using the current details on its site if a record is missing or appears incorrect.

Contemporaneous 2021 coverage also named tsbie.cgg.gov.in, examresults.ts.nic.in and results.cgg.gov.in. Treat these as historical routes, not verified live links for retrieving an old result.

What the online result can—and cannot—serve as

The current board page cautions: “The results published on Net are for immediate information to the examinees. These cannot be treated as original mark sheets.” Use an online result for a quick check, but do not treat a printout as the original marksheet.

How the 2021 second-year result was calculated

Because the second-year examinations were cancelled during the pandemic, regular students’ first-year Intermediate marks formed the basis for second-year subject marks. Hindustan Times reported that candidates who had failed subjects were awarded at least 35%. This was an exceptional assessment arrangement for the 2020–21 second-year result, not a description of the normal examination process.

Published result figures and their different denominators

The published counts refer to distinct groups and should not be combined as if they describe one identical candidate population.

  • Second-year fee-paid candidates: Hindustan Times reported 4,51,585 candidates paid the examination fee, including 2,28,754 girls and 2,22,831 boys. This is a fee-paid count, not the press release’s regular-stream appeared-and-passed totals.
  • Second-year regular general stream: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education’s 2021 press release listed 4,07,684 appeared and 4,07,684 passed, a 100% pass rate.
  • Second-year regular vocational stream: The same press release listed 43,901 appeared and 43,901 passed, also a 100% pass rate.
  • First year: The Indian Express reported 4,59,242 appeared and 2,24,012 passed, a 49% pass rate.

What to do if a result is missing or incorrect

The 2021 board press release directed students to the Board Grievance Redressal System (BIGRS) and listed helpdesk contacts. Those are historical instructions; confirm the current complaint route and contact details on the board’s website before using them.
