GeekWire reported that former Amazon Prime Video leader Greg Hart was joining Compass as chief product officer, while Icertis named Pranali Save chief human resources officer and Avanade appointed Sonia Webb chief financial officer.
Greg Hart moved from Amazon to Compass as chief product officer
GeekWire reported the appointment on March 12, 2020. Compass published its own announcement on March 13, describing Hart as a 23-year Amazon veteran whose most recent role was leading Prime Video. The different dates are publication dates; Real Estate News later described Hart as joining Compass in April 2020. (GeekWire; Compass; Real Estate News)
His Compass remit
Compass said Hart would report to CEO Robert Reffkin and lead its integrated product offering, overseeing product managers, user researchers, and product marketers. The company’s announcement said Hart’s Amazon career included product roles across books, music, gaming, video, software, and AI. It listed him as VP of worldwide Amazon Video from 2017 to 2020, VP of Amazon Echo and Speech from 2011 to 2017, and VP and technical advisor to CEO Jeff Bezos from 2009 to 2011. (Compass)
In a 2020 statement, Hart said: “This customer-first approach to product development has been central to my own career, so the opportunity to better serve this massive customer group is the natural next step for me.” Compass CTO Joseph Sirosh, a former Amazon colleague, described Hart’s technology leadership as exceptional. These were statements made at the time of the appointment, not current assessments of either executive’s role.

What happened after the appointment
Hart did not remain Compass chief product officer throughout his tenure. Bose’s executive biography says he worked at Compass from 2020 through the end of 2023, serving as chief operating officer. Real Estate News reported in December 2023 that Compass was eliminating the COO role and Hart would leave on December 31, 2023. Bose’s biography identifies Hart as a member of its board beginning in December 2024 and as Coursera president and CEO since February 2025. (Bose; Real Estate News)
Icertis appointed Pranali Save chief human resources officer
GeekWire’s March 2020 roundup reported that Save would lead hiring, company culture, and employee development at Icertis. It described her as most recently an HR leader at Tieto and based in Pune, India. Those details describe the appointment as reported in 2020; they do not establish her current position. In the announcement, Save said she looked forward to expanding the company’s inclusive employee experience while driving operational excellence. (GeekWire)

GeekWire reported that Webb succeeded Ken Guthrie as CFO. Guthrie, according to the roundup, would focus exclusively on his chief operating officer role. Webb had joined Avanade the prior year as global finance director after spending more than 20 years in Accenture finance. Those are the roles and experience reported in March 2020; the article does not establish whether Webb or Guthrie still holds those positions. (GeekWire)
