The TANCET 2025 admit card release was reported for March 8, 2025—not tomorrow now. Anna University released the TANCET and CEETA-PG hall tickets through its portal login, according to a March 8 report. The exams have since taken place, so this is an archived update; the old download link should not be assumed to remain active.
When the TANCET 2025 admit card was released
The release was initially expected on March 7, 2025, then postponed to March 8, according to Hindustan Times on March 7. On March 8, Careers360 reported that Anna University had made the TANCET and CEETA-PG 2025 admit cards available. The word “tomorrow” in the original headline referred specifically to March 8, 2025.
How candidates accessed the hall ticket
At the time, candidates used the Anna University TANCET portal and signed in with their login credentials. Careers360 described the following steps:
- Visit the Anna University TANCET portal.
- Enter the login details used for the application.
- Select the Hall Ticket option.
- Download the hall ticket and check its printed details.
The historical login page does not establish that the 2025 download remains available. For the 2025 instructions, Anna University’s Information Brochure 2025 says: “All the candidates should download the Hall Tickets from the Anna University website.”

What to check on the admit card
Careers360 reported that the card displayed the candidate’s name, roll number, examination date, time and centre. Check these details against your application and exam schedule. The same report advised candidates to carry a printed copy, a passport-size photograph and ID proof; those extra items are the report’s advice, while the brochure specifically establishes the hall-ticket requirement.
Anna University’s brochure says the hall ticket should be produced at the entrance test and at counselling/admission. It also sets out a process for requesting a duplicate after the examination; consult the brochure for the applicable 2025 procedure.
2025 examination dates and shifts
