Tammy Hembrow announced in December 2025 that she had decided to close Saski Collection, the activewear label she founded in 2017. Contemporary reports said the brand’s website was no longer available to shoppers. Hembrow described Saski as a major part of her life and framed the closure as making room for new growth, but the reports do not establish a financial or operational reason for the decision.
What happened to Saski Collection?
Hembrow announced the decision in a video shared on her personal Instagram account and Saski Collection’s account, according to Business News Australia and PerthNow, both reporting on 19 December 2025. Business News Australia said the label’s website had been taken offline; PerthNow described it as no longer accessible to online shoppers.
Saski Collection was founded in 2017. Its range included yoga shorts, sports bras, tops, tanks and loungewear. The reports do not say whether any remaining stock was available from other sellers.
What did Tammy Hembrow say about closing the brand?
Business News Australia quoted Hembrow saying: “I’ve made the decision, after a lot of thought, to close Saski. This business, this brand… has been such a huge part of my life for so many years now.”

The outlet also reported her saying the business had taught her “so much about business, about growth, about resilience, about myself.” She described the decision as one that would “make space for new growth.” PerthNow rendered the latter thought as: “Sometimes a chapter needs to close in order to make space for new growth, and I am really excited to see what’s next and I hope you guys come on that journey with me aswell.” These are the outlets’ accounts of her Instagram video, not an independently archived transcript.
Why is Saski Collection closing?
Hembrow’s public explanation was personal and forward-looking: she said she had thought carefully about the decision and spoke about growth and moving on. The reports do not provide a more specific reason.

Neither outlet reported sales, revenue, profit or employment figures that would explain the closure. They also do not document the company’s financial condition, staff impact, inventory plans, or any sale or transfer of the label. Without further reporting, claims that Saski closed because of financial distress or another business problem would be speculation.

Saski began in 2017 as Hembrow’s activewear label. Business News Australia also identifies Tammy Fit, a fitness app, and Selfish Supps, a supplement brand, as separate ventures. Their existence does not establish that either is replacing Saski or that either prompted its closure.
