The license gives Take-Two the right to develop, publish, have manufactured, market, advertise, distribute, and sell Xbox-compatible products for all Xbox devices. This is a publishing license framework, not a public announcement of a particular game or release schedule.
Digital and physical products have different terms
For digital products and content sold by Microsoft, the filing says Microsoft will pay the applicable wholesale price and/or an agreed revenue share. Microsoft has review and approval rights
Microsoft may review, evaluate, and approve each game concept and final game. Its approval rights also cover packaging and marketing materials that feature Microsoft marks.
Termination and existing inventory

A share-price figure is meaningful only with its currency and observation time. Do not compare that October 6 USD snapshot directly with a euro-denominated figure as if they were the same quote, or infer a deal-related price move without comparable dated market data and evidence of causation.
