Subramaniam T has been appointed CEO and Key Managerial Personnel of Navi AMC Limited, effective October 7, 2026, according to an October 7 report by Arihant Capital. Navi AMC is the investment manager to Navi Mutual Fund. Navi’s official notices index lists a CEO appointment notice dated October 6, 2026.

Navi’s official notices page lists a notice titled “October 06, 2026 Appointment of Chief Executive Officer.” The index establishes the notice title and date, but its accessible text does not provide the full notice. Arihant Capital’s October 7 report identifies Subramaniam T as the appointee and says his appointment as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel of Navi AMC Limited takes effect October 7, 2026.

Why the role is described as Navi AMC’s CEO
The appointment is to Navi AMC Limited, not a separately identified executive role at the mutual fund. Navi states that Navi AMC Limited is the investment manager to Navi Mutual Fund. The AMC manages the fund, so coverage may refer to the appointment in the context of Navi Mutual Fund, but the corporate role named in the report is at the AMC.

What is known about the leadership transition
AMFI’s member-details page, marked updated August 13, 2026, listed Aditya Mulki as CEO. Navi’s management page also describes Mulki as Whole-time Director and CEO. The October 7 appointment report does not explain whether Mulki leaves the CEO position, takes another role, or remains associated with Navi AMC, nor does it describe how the transition is arranged.
