It supports application updates and document sharing, then provides mortgage and policy details and reminders as a deal approaches its end. The launch describes intended functions, not independently measured improvements to customer outcomes or adviser business results.
Who can use My Mortgage Partner?
Stonebridge says the app is available to its member firms to use with customers. The customer-facing experience carries the participating appointed representative firm’s branding. The launch materials do not say that borrowers can sign up and use it independently of an adviser relationship.
Stonebridge says the app is free to its members. That does not establish a separate public offer for borrowers or whether individual firms have additional requirements for inviting customers.
What can customers do in the app?
While a mortgage application is in progress
- Upload documents and message their adviser.
- Follow key application milestones and receive adviser updates.
- Access financial education and application information.
- Use the service on a smartphone, tablet or desktop, according to Stonebridge and the app listings.
The app-store descriptions say customers can track application progress; that describes a feature, not a guarantee of a particular update frequency or application decision timeline.

After completion
Stonebridge says customers can view mortgage details and associated protection and general-insurance policies. The app also shows a countdown to the end of the current mortgage deal and is intended to send automatic remortgage alerts as that date approaches. The launch materials do not specify the alert schedule or say that an alert itself arranges a new mortgage.
How does it connect to adviser software?
Stonebridge says that after a customer signs up, My Mortgage Partner automatically syncs with Revolution, the group’s wholly owned adviser software. This integration is a company claim; the launch announcement does not detail what information syncs, how quickly it updates, or whether firms need to configure it.

What Stonebridge says the app is for
Stonebridge positions the app as a way for adviser firms to remain useful and visible beyond the initial mortgage transaction, including future mortgage, protection and general-insurance discussions. Chief Executive Rob Clifford said: “For advisers, customer retention is not just about making contact at the end of a deal. It is about staying consistently visible, useful and relevant throughout the whole customer journey and for years after the initial transaction.”
Stonebridge reported spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on development over the preceding 12 months and said more than 100 member firms took part in pre-launch focus groups. Those are figures reported by the company, not independently verified investment or adoption measures. The launch materials provide no independent tests, user uptake figures or measured results for retention, conversion or customer outcomes.

Platforms and privacy disclosures
The Apple App Store listing says the iPhone app requires iOS 15.1 or later and identifies Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions as its developer/provider. Its privacy section displays developer-declared categories including financial and contact information, user content and identifiers; Apple notes that it has not verified the developer’s privacy responses.
Google Play says data is encrypted in transit and lists possible collection of personal and financial information, among other data types. Google Play also says data-safety details are supplied by the developer. Neither store disclosure is an independent security audit, and store information can change. Review the current listing and the participating adviser firm’s own privacy information before sharing personal or financial documents.
