Did Stellantis sales go up in Q3?
It depends on the year and measure. In the latest U.S. sales report, for Q3 2026, Stellantis said total sales were steady compared with Q3 2025. The company reported 324,277 vehicles sold. For the first three quarters of 2026 combined, U.S. total sales were up 3% compared with the same period in 2025. These are U.S. sales figures, not global shipments, revenue, or worldwide sales growth. Stellantis’s October 1, 2026 U.S. sales release provides the figures.

The 6% increase belongs to a different period: Stellantis’s October 30, 2025 Q3 release said U.S. sales increased 6% year over year across Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, and Dodge. The available company reports do not establish why that figure appears in the headline, so it should not be reassigned to Q3 2026 or presented as global growth. The Q3 2025 release also reported EU30 market share of 15.4%, down from a year earlier, citing weakness in France and Italy. That is a separate region and measure from U.S. sales.
Which Stellantis brands gained or lost U.S. sales in Q3 2026?
The flat company-wide result masks substantial differences among brands and models. The following year-over-year comparisons come from Stellantis’s Q3 2026 U.S. total-sales data unless marked as retail sales.

Charger results differ by version: the company’s table shows opposite directions for the internal-combustion and battery-electric models. Its release does not provide a single Charger change that can represent both versions. The company’s detailed sales table contains the model-level figures.
Why the headline’s 6% needs context
Sales growth is not the same as financial performance
Sales counts do not establish profitability, revenue growth, pricing, or consumer demand. Nor do they establish market share: share depends on how a company’s sales compare with the wider market. A brand can gain sales while losing share if the market grows faster, or lose sales while gaining share if the market contracts more sharply. The figures cited here are company-reported U.S. sales, not independent industry estimates.
Keep the comparison like for like
- Match the period: Q3 should be compared with Q3; year-to-date should be compared with the same year-to-date period.
- Match the geography: U.S. sales do not describe global performance or EU30 market share.
- Match the measure: total sales, retail sales, shipments, revenue, and market share are different measures.
- Check the base: FIAT’s 83% decline is from 321 to 54 vehicles, while large model increases should also be read alongside unit volumes.
Stellantis’s H1 2026 filing covers a period ending June 30 and distinguishes regional shipments, market share, and revenue. It provides earlier context for the fact that regional measures can diverge, but does not establish causes of Q3 2026 performance. The H1 2026 filing should not be treated as a Q3 result.

When will Stellantis report global Q3 2026 financial results?
The company’s investor calendar schedules its Q3 2026 financial-results announcement for October 28, 2026. The October 1 release reports U.S. vehicle sales; it is not the scheduled full financial-results announcement. Until that results release, the U.S. sales report alone cannot establish Stellantis’s global quarterly financial or shipment performance. Stellantis’s investor calendar lists the scheduled date.
