Its listed prices should be treated as snapshots from the 2024 event, not as current Steam prices.

Several newer titles had discounts of 15% or less, while the reported reductions for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and Persona 3 Reload were 50%. Wishlist email notifications
Steamworks documentation says that a seasonal-sale discount of 20% or more automatically triggers email notifications to players who have the game on their wishlist. This is a general rule for developers; it does not mean every game in the roundup met that threshold.
