SleekFlow announced a US$7 million Series A+ round on August 21, 2024, led by Atinum Investment. The company said the financing brought its total funding to US$15 million and would support geographic expansion and new AI-powered sales and customer-service capabilities. These are plans announced in 2024—not confirmation that every planned market or feature launched.
What is SleekFlow?
SleekFlow is a software-as-a-service platform for businesses that manage customer conversations and sales across messaging channels. TechCrunch described it in 2024 as a social-commerce and customer-engagement product for sales and marketing teams. Its reported tools included omnichannel messaging, marketing automation, a visual flow builder, in-chat payment links, team collaboration, e-commerce functions, and integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. The report also described an optional add-on for setting up and operating a WhatsApp Business messaging channel.
In practice, this kind of platform aims to bring customer interactions and follow-up workflows together: a business can manage conversations, coordinate responses among staff, and automate parts of marketing or sales journeys. SleekFlow’s reported customer industries included insurance, healthcare, telecom, and retail. TechCrunch named Hong Kong Broadband Network, De’Longhi, Cellini, and Khind among customers; SleekFlow’s funding announcement listed Hilton Dubai, L’Occitane, Shangri-La, TOTO, 7-Eleven, Kimberly-Clark, Awfully Chocolate, and Audi. Who invested in the $7 million round?
Atinum Investment led the Series A+ round. SleekFlow said existing investors AEF Greater Bay Area Fund, managed by Gobi Partners GBA, and Transcend Capital Partners also participated. Moses Tsang was named as a new investor. The company reported that the round brought its total funding to US$15 million.

What did SleekFlow plan to do with the funding?
The company said the money would support expansion in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, alongside investment in AI technology, analytics, and marketing workflows. It also planned to extend its platform beyond messaging into calls and email.
Founder and CEO Henson Tsai described the intended direction as “fully automated sales and support journeys in voice, calls, and emails.” That statement describes the company’s plans at the time of the announcement; the funding announcement does not establish that each capability or regional expansion was later completed.

What did the company report about growth?
In a June 2024 interview reported by TechCrunch, Tsai put annual recurring revenue (ARR) at US$8–9 million, compared with roughly US$1–2 million in December 2022. He also cited a headcount of 160, up from 60, and more than 5,000 additional customers globally. These are historical figures attributed to the CEO by TechCrunch, not audited results or current financial data.
SleekFlow’s company page now describes it as an agentic AI platform and claims more than 7,000 enterprises across 70 countries and more than 57 million messages processed monthly. Those are current company-reported figures, not independently audited metrics, and they are not directly comparable to the 2024 figures without consistent definitions and dates.
