Sky47 Limited launched its first cloud and AI infrastructure platform on January 16, 2026, at Silicon Valley of Capital Smart City near Islamabad. The announcement came from Mari Energies Limited, which described Sky47 as its majority-owned subsidiary; Sky47’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mari Technologies Limited, was involved in the launch. The companies say the platform is intended to let Pakistani organizations run mission-critical workloads within Pakistan, but published launch materials do not establish its prices, technical specifications, or contractual guarantees.

What Sky47 announced

Mari Energies’ January 16, 2026 material disclosure says Sky47 launched its first cloud and AI infrastructure platform. The company describes it as secure, scalable, and sovereign infrastructure for enterprises, government institutions, and innovators running mission-critical workloads in Pakistan. Those are the company’s descriptions; the announcement does not provide independent testing or technical evidence substantiating them. Mari Energies’ disclosure and contemporaneous Business Recorder coverage report the launch.

Where the platform is located

The announcement identifies Silicon Valley of Capital Smart City near Islamabad as the platform’s location. Sky47’s corporate profile lists Islamabad as its headquarters and describes a focus on data centers for AI, cloud, big data, and IoT workloads. That profile is company-reported background, not independent verification of facility capacity or capabilities. Sky47’s corporate profile

The Associated Press of Pakistan later published a photo report of an inauguration ceremony for the data center and sovereign cloud platform. Its displayed text identifies July 24 but does not state the year, so it supports that an inauguration was reported without establishing a more precise chronology or validating service performance. • Server-grade thermal architecture: Utilizing a dedicated CPU/GPU airflow design, equipped with a 6-pipe dual-fan cooler, it maintains stable performance even under sustained loads, delivering up to 140W Turbo power while maintaining a 100W TDP, and operating with noise levels as low as 36 dB. An integrated 350W power supply ensures stable and reliable output for demanding computing tasks and fully loaded extended configurations.

Who owns and operates Sky47?

Mari Energies described Sky47 Limited as its majority-owned subsidiary. The disclosure says Sky47 acted through Mari Technologies Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, for the launch. This establishes the corporate relationships stated in the announcement; it does not by itself detail which entity will contract with customers or deliver each service.

What “sovereign cloud” means here—and what it does not establish

Sky47 and Mari Energies position the platform as sovereign infrastructure, saying workloads can run within Pakistan. That may matter to organizations evaluating where their workloads are hosted, but the launch wording alone is not a legal or technical guarantee about where every category of data is stored or processed, who can access it, or how access is controlled.

  • Available compute and workload support, including the specific cloud and AI services offered.
  • Availability commitments, incident response, backup and recovery, and contractual service levels.
  • Compliance documentation, audit rights, and any limits on customer verification.

What buyers still need to confirm

The launch announcement and contemporaneous coverage do not state purchasable service tiers, prices, technical specifications, certifications, or service-level guarantees. They also do not provide enough information to compare Sky47’s offering with other cloud or data-center providers or to determine whether it fits a particular workload. Buyers should request current official service documentation and contract terms rather than infer these details from the launch announcement.
